Radish Chutney

 Well Well Well! This is not something to eat with dosa or rotis but with hot rice. 

This is an easy recipe to make especially after having a tiring day.


Ingredients:

2 cups of fried gram

3-4 red chillies (depends on your taste buds though)

rock salt as per your taste

3 white radish

3 tsp of tamarind juice


Method:

  • In a dry jar combine fried gram, chillies and rock salt and make a fine powder and keep it aside.
  • In a wet jar put in the peeled and chopped radish, tamarind juice and little water and make a thick paste without lumps
  • Take a bowl, mix fried gram powder and radish paste. Serve this mixture with hot rice and ghee.

Notes: Tamarind juice is nothing but soaking tamarind in water.
