BBW Breakfast Drink
Yay Yay! Now this is not that hard to crack. Blueberry , Banana and Wheat grass (BBW) it is! Enjoy this super healthy breakfast drink that keeps you going.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 6-7 strands of fresh wheatgrass or 1 tsp of wheatgrass powder
- 2 tsp of honey
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 1/2 tsp of chia seeds
Method:
- Using a blender, mix the almond milk, banana, chia seeds, honey and wheatgrass powder together.
- Add the frozen blueberries and blend for another minute or so until thoroughly mixed. Pour into two small glasses and serve.
PS: Apple and Baby Spinach can be added too.
