Multiseeds Chutney

 This is Protein packed chutney with Omega nutrients.

Ingredients: 


  • 1/2 cup rolled Oats 
  • 1/4 cup Flax seeds
  • 1 tsp  Sunflower seeds 
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin seeds 
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds 
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp Blackpepper 
  • Tamarind juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated dry coconut 1/2 cup 
  • 1 sprig curry leaves 
  • 1-2 dried red chillies


Method:


  • Dry roast oats, flax seeds separately on sim for four minutes or until the raw smell goes. Transfer it to a plate and set aside.
  • Now dry roast cumin, sesame seeds, dried red chillies, black pepper, curry leaves, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, dry coconut for three minutes and turn off heat. Allow all the ingredients to cool.
  • Transfer all the roasted ingredients into a mixer and powder them. Add tamarind juice, salt and water for the required consistency and serve with idly or dosa. 


PS: You can also add muskmelon seeds.
