Blueberry Smoothie

 A simple breakfast smoothie rich in antioxidants, protein and vitamins.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of protein powder
  • 200 ml - Almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 2 Bananas
  • 100 grams of blueberry

Method:
  • Blend almond milk, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, and protein powder thoroughly.
  • Pour into two small glasses and serve.
