Blueberry Smoothie
A simple breakfast smoothie rich in antioxidants, protein and vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 200 ml - Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 2 Bananas
- 100 grams of blueberry
Method:
- Blend almond milk, banana, blueberries, peanut butter, and protein powder thoroughly.
- Pour into two small glasses and serve.
